What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. SuperAdmin edits an extension, set account code to something different form
context
2. SuperAdmin Saves
3. another user with lower permissions (even admin) edits the extension.
Account Code fild is not visible. User do not make any modification, just saves.
4. SuperAdmin opens the extension again. it's edit is gone and accountCode
field is set to the context (domain name in my case)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect not editable or not visible fields not to be edited at all and not
reset to default.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FusionPBX (the lastest, sorry, don't know hot to read the version. I?ve just
updated today)
Linux pbx1.sdnet.it 3.2.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.2.63-2+deb7u1 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please provide any additional information below.
