On the lists have a warning/error icon if there's not a valid action/destination

Examples: 
- A DID that doesn't have a valid action
- IVR's that don't have a way to access them
- follow me that's not valid
etc

You mean the user forgot to add an extension number?

What defines an invalid follow me?
Don't think there is a way to validate this is correct as there can be 
extensions, cell phones, and SIP URI.

Yes, or there's no DID associated, etc.

What defines an invalid follow me?
For example a follow me that contains an ext that has been deleted.
