Allow custom contact types and groups. Type maybe more specific or general then 
the types there allow. 

Also, extended functionality would allow call broadcast to call all of a 
particular group. i.e. Set up a call broadcast to all of group 'Parents' that 
there is an emergency half day.

Custom Types can be defined for Contacts using Default and/or Domain Settings, 
as follows...

Category: contact
Subcategory: type
Type: array
Value: "Parents"
Enabled: True
