Call divert and ACCOUNT CODE

Yesterday I upgraded Fusion to the latest dev version and noticed that call 
forward on busy/no answer was added - great. The only issue I have with it is 
that when fusion forwards the call to the diverted destination it does not add 
the ACCOUNT CODE header to the SIP INVITE (the same applies to FOLLOW ME 
feature). However this works OK with call forward unconditional. 

Without the ACCOUNT CODE my billing platform rejects the call as it is unable 
to assign the call to a billing account.

I added this line to an outgoing route "sip_h_X-accountcode=6111xxxxxx" but 
call forward feature ignores it and sends an INVITE without the account code.

I would really appreciate if you consider my request as at the moment I am 
unable to sell services to business customers as conditional call divert is a 
basic feature and lacking it makes my proposition not attractive at all.

Hey Nate, please also have a look into this one as well.  It might be similar 
to issue 797.
