What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Create IVR
2.Activate direct-dial
3.Create and Option with the same number as an existing extension
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should do the action configured into IVR and not direct-dial
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Please provide any additional information below.
It should have a way that if we add an IVR action that is the same number as an
active extension, the IVR action should take precedence on the direct-dial.
