Perhaps providing the ability to receive emails for outgoing, answered, missed, 
recorded and voicemail calls?

It would probably need:
Caller id information
Called Number
Call Path: i.e. came into 888 went to IVR then to Call Center then to Extension 
10 then to voicemail
