Active extensions not working! #807

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upgrade
2.Click on active extensions
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should see the active extensions page instead I see 

No input file specified. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest Production Release (Windows 7 on my desktop)

Please provide any additional information below.

Active extensions has been replaced by the operator panel on the soon to be 
released development branch. If you are on the development branch you can 
update the source code them system -> menu manager -> edit the default menu and 
restore default.
