Fax destination number + caracter #816

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a new Fax
2. Enter destination number with +31... format
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in dialplan + caracter should be escaped out with \

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version: 3.6.3
Operating System: Linux fpbx 3.13.0-32-generic
revision: 7660

From what I can see the destination number is sent out correctly as e164 format 
is  this not what you want?

The dialplan is processed/filterde with regular expressions, a + is a special 
character meaning one or more so to treat it as a + sign you have to "escape it"
I did not test the latest version yet.
