Can not add conference rooms

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create conference center
2. Create conference room
3. After filling in the required fields and not getting any errors, press save 
and a room is not created.

What is the expected output? After attempting to create a room, the room should 
appear in the list of "Rooms"

What do you see instead? Nothing, no conf room created

What version of the product are you using? 3.7.1 (updated at 17:14 Aust Eastern 
Daylight Savings Time)

On what operating system? Linux fusionpbx 3.11.0-15-generic #25~precise1-Ubuntu 
SMP Thu Jan 30 17:39:31 UTC 2014 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

Please provide more information about your environment, OS, db type, exactly 
what options you chose. which install script you used.

I just tried on same version and conference and rooms were created.

Hi I'm using the following:

OS: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
DB: Postgres
Install Script: cd /usr/src
apt-get install wget
wget 
http://fusionpbx.googlecode.com/svn/branches/dev/scripts/install/ubuntu/install_
fusionpbx.sh
chmod 755 install_fusionpbx.sh
./install_fusionpbx.sh install-both user

Beyond that, everything is standard...

New install - about 3 months ago.

I just did an upgrade via the UI, and included default permissions and now it's 
working, so must have been a permissions issue.
