1. Make time zone a drop down/select list
2. Link a NOTE to a CDR
3. When creating the contact, ability to create the first/primary DID entry and 
address entry. Makes first entry of a contact quicker to be able to enter 
everything to start. 
4. on CDR page, do lookups to contacts and show caller ID information based on 
contact information
5. on contact page, list incoming/outgoing call history with link to the 
detailed CDR list
