I have just upgraded fusionpbx to the latest dev version and now 
I can see the account code in the outbound fax page in the GUI - Thank you - 
GREAT!!

However I do not see the account code in the SIP INVITE leaving fusionpbx.

I think it would be useful to add this additional SIP header for billing 
purposes (billing done on another server - not fusionpbx).

All outgoing calls have "X-accountcode: 6987xxxxx" header and they are billed 
correctly.

Can this be added to the dev code?
