What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Call a number
2.Call gets answered by IVR
3.There are options configured according to the greeting and if a selection is
not made or if an invalid selection is made.
Note: Direct dial is enabled.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is for the uploaded recordings to play when the input is not a
valid option or if an input is not an existing extension or when it times out.
1. No entry
2. Invalid entry
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.6.3
Please provide any additional information below.
Would be great to have this fixed ASAP please.
