What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Dummy Extension ( for example 777)
2. Use *072 to login to hotdesking (for example from extension 101)
3. Dial *97 (To check the voicemail)
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When you dial *97 you will be asked for the password for the voicemail. If
you're doing hot desking you should be prompted for extension 101 password.
However instead you're prompted for extension 777 password.
There is a work around this by dialing *98, but it creates confusion.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest fusion.
