Phrases on IVR are not sticking

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create an IVR
2. For Greet Long choose phrase and input a phrase macro name
3. Save the IVR
4. Go in and add a destination, make changes to anything (except greet long) 
and save

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Two issues here really: 
1) When you save the phrase the first time, the macro name dose not stay in the 
field
2) when you save the second time the phase stops working.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version:    3.6.3
