Call Forwarding doesn't have a call prompt while enabling it again. #850

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create local extension and register it.
2. Dial *72 and setup call forward
3. Dial *73 to disable it
4. Dial *72 again

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It should prompt again for destination but it doesn't. Also its not waiting for
Pound sign to be enter, it just enables it directly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

 FusionPBX - 3.7.1
 Debian/Wheezy - 7.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Dialled *72 – it asked for the number to forward the call to with pound to
finish, I entered my mobile number and before I could type the pound or hash it
hung up
Dialled *73 – got the message that the call forwarding has been disabled
Dialled *72 again – it tells me the call forwarding has been enabled without
asking for the number to forward the call to.

I was able to replicate this, it seems it call forwards to the last destination
that was used.
