IVR Menu - Include a text box to enter notes (IVR Script Text) #853

Looking for a text box, to enter the prompt text (script of IVR recording).  
When save is hit on IVR menu, text is saved.

Purpose: To see what the content of the IVR audio message/script, long after it 
is initially setup.  When you need to go to make adjustments to an IVR menu 
tree, you can see what the script/content is, without having to listen to audio 
files again, and possibly have to take notes.

an option to expand the description to a textarea work for this?

There is no description field for the recordings only for the options
