Provisioning broken on Yealinks in dev at least #858

Yealink provisioning does not appear to be working in dev branch.

I'm getting a 'file not found' error which appears to be coming from the path
that provisioning is using for the Yealink templates.

For example on my T20 the path the provisioning is looking for is
....yealink/t20 whereas the files are actually located in ....yealink/t20p

I managed to check this by copying t20p to t20 and reprovisioning and that
worked fine.

Are your rewrite rules OK?

Rewrite rules are fine, it wouldn't get that far.

I provisioned a yealink t42g and t46g today. Can you test it again on latest
version.

I discovered the cause of this is that when the template is detected by itself,
ie we do not add a mac in manually ans select the template, then the user agent
carries it through as yealink t20 rather than t20p.

Provisioning works no problem so long as you add the mac address and select the
correct template.
