Copy Dialplan with groups #863

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to dialplan, select one which has groups, for example "user_exists" 
2. go to the copied dial plan

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
One would expect an exact copy, including the groups, but the groupings are not 
copied to the new dialplan

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 3.7.1

Thanks for reporting this problem so that it could be fixed. It was missing 3 
fields in the database and tested and working good now. Fixed on the dev branch.
