Voicemail allowing blank/empty if no input entered (on setting password from phone)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Call *97, 
2. press 5 for adv options
3. press 6 for setting password
4. do nothing, and password will be set to blank.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Ideally, I think it would not allow the end-user to set a blank/empty password. 
Or perhaps enforce a minimum number of digits?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version:    3.6.3 (on Ubuntu)
