Cannot delete a domain #868

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Try to delete a domain
2. Says deleted
3. But remaoins in the list and is accessible

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected domain to be deleted

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.6

did you log out and back in after you deleted it?

This is working on the 3.7.1 dev branch when I tested it 2 days ago.

I tested on three servers on the latest version and it worked so I'm closing 
the issue.
