Permissions change for original superuser on d

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create users on different Domains. Set any/all to superadmin.
2. Set Globally Unqique Logins in default settings
3. Login with existing first superuser account on  subdomain, existing or new.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
first superuser should be able to login on any domain now. They can but they 
have menus at all. Only logout is available as the small icon in top right. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest 3.7.1 rev 7927

Please provide any additional information below.

Work around is to disable the Unique variable in default settings, and then you 
must restore menu defaults in order to regain menus for initial superuser.

Disregard, there were two usernames identical on different domains.
