Can't delete last user account from domain

What steps will reproduce the problem?
On fresh install
Create new domain
On IP address create new user (user2)
Logout
Login as user2
Delete original user (user1)
Switch to new domain
Recreate user1
Logout
Login as user1
Switch to IP address
Try to delete user2

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect to delete user2. Instead you get error message:
"You cannot delete your own user account.

Please login as a different user, then try again."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Revision 7941
Ubuntu 14.02
