Issue copy dialplan #887

Hi Nate,
As per our telephone conversation earlier I am opening this ticket as a 
reminder.

Basically, we were trying to copy a route that somehow was not connected to any 
group when it was created and therefore causing the copy to fail.
Attached is the screenshot.

No problem.  Just fixed with latest revision.

Upon dialplan create/edit/copy, any details that don't have a group will be 
assigned to the group 0 (zero).
