Feature Request: LCR - Least Cost Routing #897

Allow Outbound-routes to select a gateway based on carrier ratecard/tarrif 
rates.

To take advantage of carriers offering great rates in specific regions.

If Gateways could have a profile, where you could import a carrier ratecard.  
So that LCR could select and bridge the call to the gateway with the lowest 
cost automatically.  Based on the country/areacode of the number called.

Surfsouth, Mark Crane has already written an LCR module that you can use with 
FusionPBX but its not free, maybe you can contact him about this to see if it 
meets your requirements.  Mark's email is markjcrane@gmail.com
