Call Block App - Enable the app to allow wildcard blocking of caller id name #907

Using the caller ID name with wildcards we could block anonymous calls or calls 
from a specific business that use many different DID's.

It would also be nice if we had more options in the Action list or the ability 
to select a dialplan.  For example, you could send to a dialplan that plays a 
message or blasts a SIT 
tone_stream://%(274,0,913.8);%(274,0,1370.6);%(380,0,1776.7).

Inbound routes are nice and work for this however, they call block app is 
tenant specific which is preferred.
