Adding streamlit_qs #146

Adds examples and dependencies for streamlit_qs for #144

@arnaudmiribel working on the fixes. I think it makes sense to mention on the Contribution page that Poetry<=1.3.0 is required for updating the lockfile, as the test uses 1.2.1 which appears to not be forward compatible with versions of poetry after 1.3.1, so I will add that as well.

I am having some trouble getting poetry1.2.1 to work on my machine, I could use help making sure the lockfile is correct here.
