allow to pump edges independently #16

change the format of pump: use two numbers, for parametrization of pump strength: pump[0] + D0 * pump[1]

@razimantv this should work, I still need to update the examples, as this is a breaking change in how we handle the pump. Let me know if it works in the meantime!
