Thanks to this PR we can force that we only can merge in the main branch those PRs which are passing the GitHub Workflow CI pipeline.

Thanks to the fact that the current plugin integrates the Devcontainer CLI, we can use specific workflow github actions which require previous setup of the .devcontainer.json config
