0.9.3 ImportError: No module named dns.rcode #25

Looks like all third-party stuff was installed into a subdir of
third_party:

...
byte-compiling /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages/third_party/dns/rcode.py
to rcode.pyc

Which I think explains the above error

What steps will reproduce the problem?
