Description: I would like to style the navigation bar on the forum page to match the navigation bar on the homepage. Kindly assign this issue to me @arncv under hacktoberfest and hacktoberfest-accepted labels.

@arncv I have made the PR, and have updated the nav in forum section which now looks like home screen nav
