From the location detail page:

[x] load tags via ajax call
[x] Add existing tag to location
[x] Add new tag and add to location

From the location edit page

[x] Load chains via ajax call
[x] Add existing chain to location
[x] Delete chain from location
[x] Add new chain and add to location
[x] load categories via ajax call
[x] Add existing category to location
[x] Delete category from location
[x] Delete tag from location

to improve: when adding a tag, use autocomplete to add the tag, if not exists: create. Use autocomplete for normalisation
