[ ] remove map button for list
[ ] add "show route on map" toggle to each list location
[ ] show map if more than 2 locations have show route

[x] add "show on route" toggle to each list location, default value True
[x] add toggle to list location edit page
[x] When adding a listlocation, set exclude from map to True for activities
[x] When building route query, only add locations with show on route enabled
[x] only show map if locations => 2

This adds extra flexibility, but works with ease from the start
