Thanks for making a nice open source tool. I'm trying to use the default search engine override. My use case is to use Kagi, but also to have keyword searches for others, so that it's on device and without relying on Kagi to do it on their end.
On macOS 14.5 Safari it's consistent and and fast. It seems the search query never even hits Safari's default search engine and the redirect to the Keyword Search default is instant.
On iOS/iPadOS 17.5.1, this does not happen. The search goes to Safari's default search engine. Tapping the URL / search box then triggers the extension to redirect.
Across all devices, the extension has access to all sites & browsing history.
Appreciate your help troubleshooting and/or addressing. Thanks.
