In your guide, you said once ffmpegdirect is compiled, that "this compiled version can be used on LibreELEC 11 on a Raspberry Pi 4B."
Just wondering how you could compile libreelec with that, since running kodi on raspi os will not be as fast or well optimized as librelec.
Thank you for the help though! I really appreciate the plugin. Also, if I am switching from automotive dolby atmos to hi res, will the differense be that noticible? just wondering if streaming over https vs mpeg makes a big difference, or is worth the effort.

edit-- nevermind, found https://github.com/arnesongit/inputstream.ffmpegdirect-binaries. But I have not been able to get the 21.2.0 version to work with the newest kodi, so I will try compiling myself with the guide you left!
I have not been able to get the hires mode to work at all yet. switched to kodi 20, and it still did not work.
