Messaging/unsupported-browser only on Android #936

Hello, I am getting the following message when attempting to use this plugin:

Messaging: This browser doesn't support the API's required to use the Firebase SDK. (messaging/unsupported-browser)

I am using Phonegap CLI to build my javascript app and run it through the Phonegap app on my device. I get this message on my android phone, but not on desktop, where my push notifications work correctly.

I am a bit stuck, I can't find any information about this error, and it really doesn't make sense to me because I understand that making Firebase work on Phonegap/Cordova is the whole point of this plugin. So I'm not sure where to look.

Please let me know what I can do to fix this issue. Thanks :)

Any solution for this one? I am facing same issue only on Android. Working fine on browser.
