Generate list from JSON instead of fucnsummary.txt #10

Apparently funcsummary.txt is not updated anymore (see Twitter thread at https://twitter.com/mgdm/status/432907801955147777).

Instead we should use http://doc.php.net/downloads/json/php_manual_en.json.
