Ionicons v5.4.0 , using svg-outline-stroke, InkScape and IcoMoon

script/generate.js: disable createFont()
package.json: disable generate script on test to able to commit/push
Unignore fonts
Glyph & type
Remove md- and ios- prefixes

Ioicons.ttf, fonts/Ionicons.json in /fonts

Update to ionicons v5 #15
Icon indexes are wrong (with 4.x also installed) #18
