The "playlist" url parameter is missing #12

I'm getting an error message "The "playlist" url parameter is missing" after 
configuring ytdl, I can't find where this parameter is entered?

Was the issue with the issues never entering the admin queue resolved?

Videos should now properly show up as "Pending" in the admin queue, waiting to 
be reviewed.

hosting my own version with the default html files provided when cloning the 
repository and i get the same error on my screen.
