Youtube Direct Lite Webcam Issue #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Login
2. Go to Webcam tab
3. Click start recording
4. Allow access to camera
5. Click OK to camera access pop-up
6. My camera comes on and stops at two seconds and gives notice "You are 
currently not allowed to upload.".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I have YouTube Direct Lite working on my localhost for development. I could use 
all three options until the Webcam feature started giving me this notice, "You 
are currently not allowed to upload.". I get this notice just after I click 
Start Recording. I expect it to continue record and allow me to upload or start 
over just as it was doing before.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I can't find the actual version but I just downloaded 2 days ago on June 11, 
2014. My platform is XAMPP localhost on Windows.

Please provide any additional information below.
After this started happening, I minified my js files but still no difference. I 
have not found this issue experienced by anyone from searching for a few days.

I don't think this is a general issue with YouTube Direct Lite, but rather the 
YouTube Upload Widget. Could you file a bug at 
https://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/list?q=label:API-YouTube so that 
it's tracked there?

It's outside of the scope for the YTDL maintainers to resolve.
