Azerty #8

Follow up of issue https://github.com/arnog/mathlive/issues/5 (which has been closed)

That doesn't seem to work, i still get ^ when I type shift + 6 on my azerty keyboard. FYI im using the master branch of this project.

Sorry about that. The previous fix focused on getting "^" to work on AZERTY, not realizing that the problem was also that shift-6 was not outputting a "6". It should work with the fix above, but again since I don't have an AZERTY keyboard to test it with, please let me know if there are still some problems.

I'll leave this open until I hear confirmation from you.
