In English mode every word containing <nth> (other than handful like “anthill”) is rendered incorrectly.
Line 324 ("nt": "[tilde-above]{tinco}",) is converting the <t> to tinco before the <th> sequence is identified as thúle (it is never anto unless you do weird things with “nonetheless”).
There are a few other words like “anthill”, but before I suggest them I suppose I should learn what rules you have for the exception list. While you might like to add “sainthood”, you are probably less keen to worry about “anthelion”!
