RFortran dummy interfaces seem way out of date.
Also, there is an independently maintained DMSL-based RFortran dummy interface
file, which is increasingly diverging from the RFortran-based file.

(or preferably a svn patch) as an attachment
see attached DMSL-based dummy interfaces for RFortran, which is at least
functional for Petit Bateau code.

Proper solution needed for the dummy. Is it to be part of RFortran or DMSL?
It should also be maintained as RFortran evolves.
