Minify CSS #1

Minify stylesheets and test to ensure minification does not introduce bugs.

Minify of css files done. I thought of doing optimization with gulp / sass, if you'd like to let me know.

Thanks @freitasjrcarlos. I will let you know if I end up using gulp, but I don't have any plans right now to use npm for this project.
