Allow Saturday as first day of the week besides Sunday and Monday #74

Some people prefer Saturday as first day of the week. Technically this should not be a big problem as there is already a solution implemented to shift the calendar cells depending on the first day of the week. However - it may be, that the number of calendar rows may not be enough then.
