New execution mode for input? #203

Look into having a different execution mode where the screen is updated as the program is run (instead of recording the frames) so that input() could be demonstrated.

This doesn't seem to be possible: the screen updating (redrawing) does not occur fast enough to keep up.

This is possible to use with the new repl mode.
