Problem running stored program the first time when page is reloaded #206

Run a program that has a logical error (this might not be strictly necessary). Reload the page and run the program: the error dialog does not appear; it needs to be run a second time to appear.

This is likely related to #193 and #199. It should be taken care of while implementing #202.
