Add extra canvases for animation #298

Add extra canvases for animations, which will make updating the display more robust when using animated objects/tiles/etc.

Use this opportunity to regroup all z-index in the css file in one "block" for ease of maintenance.

While work remains to add new functions to take advantage of the new canvases, this issue has been taken care of a long time ago.
