[x] Define a generic way to combine pushable object + tile -> new obstacle; something like

[x] Have new canvas for pushable objects
[x] Prevent pushable object to be pushed onto other robots (as well as solid objects).
[x] Make sure that the pushable object does not disappear between frames as it is the case right now.
