Document grid visibility #397

I need to document the five different grid visibility settings

grid on background context, not covered by anything
grid hidden by background tile or background image
grid on top of any tiles or background image
grid on top of any tiles or background image but only on the desired path
grid always visible when editing the world.

Important RUR.public['path'] should be defined as the very first instruction in the ONLOAD editor to avoid problems.
