Module useful is unknown in lesson 39 #17

Module useful is unknown, in Reeborg's world as well as in the Python
Editor. It appears that this feature is not yet implemented because the
strings "useful" and "turn_right" are only found in *.txt and *.htm.

Affect version 1rc3 at least.

One suggestion is to rename "useful" to "toolbox" to distinguish between
the module name and the use of "useful" as a word of a natural language.

This is likely a left-over from a previous version where importing a module was
not
possible, except through a "fake module" (named useful) which was hard-coded and
whose definitions were activated when a user wrote "import useful", etc.

I think it might be worthwhile to include such a module (not hard-coded, but a
regular import) and I like the suggestion to call this "toolbox".

I also noticed this issue when I was translating lesson 39. We should at least
change the lesson until it is fixed.
